Who I am

HireJhon is run by Jhon Rhovic Lontoc, based in Batangas, Philippines, building websites, funnels, ads and automation for small businesses. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean HireJhon.

What I collect

• Messages and comments: your name, email, phone number and what you write, when you use the “Send me a message” form or comment on a reel.
• Call bookings: your name, email, phone, business name, time zone, the time you pick and any project details you add.
• Client forms: information and files you send through the website intake form or the testimonial page.
• Likes: a count of likes on each reel. It is not linked to you.
• Your device: some pages remember your details or likes in your own browser (local storage) so you don’t have to type them again. You can clear this in your browser settings.

How I use it

• To reply to you, schedule and run your call, and send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To plan, quote and deliver the work you ask for.
• To understand which ads and pages bring visitors, so I can improve them.

I don’t sell your personal information, and I only share it with the services below that help me run the site and my work.

Services I use

• Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Apps Script and Meet) to receive messages, store form submissions and schedule calls.
• Zoom or Microsoft Teams, if you pick one of them for your call.
• Meta Pixel on some pages. It uses cookies to measure visits and ad results and may help show you HireJhon ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can control this in your Meta ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How long I keep it

I keep messages, bookings and project information for as long as needed to work with you and keep proper records, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the information I have about you, or to stop contacting you. Send a request through the message form or on WhatsApp, and I’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not meant for children under 16. I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
